What makes us different?
- We are one of the few companies in the UK to offer half-hourly charging with no hidden extras such as parking, petrol or congestion charge. We have a minimum one-hour charge but any extra time we spend with you is only billed by the half-hour.

Hourly Rates:
There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30-minute increments. All rates exclude VAT and the cost of materials.
Fixed Price:
Our engineer will give a verbal or written quote if requested before work commences.
Material Collection:
Material collection time for non-stock items will be kept to a minimum.
Materials:
Materials supplied by Fixourboiler will be charged at trade price plus a 25% markup.
Estimates:
Estimates are available from our engineers or we are happy to make an appointment for an estimator to visit you. Some estimates may incur a charge depending on the nature of the work, the area and the time of the appointment. Any charge made will be deducted from the final invoice.
Invoice:
An invoice will always be produced clearly showing a full description of work carried out - time started/time finished, fixed prices, and a full breakdown of the cost of Labour and materials used.
Payment:
Payment must be made in full by credit card, cheque or cash to the engineer upon receipt of invoice.
